(p.s. I just saw in your sidebar your new knitting project. How adorable is that? Who is it for? I am still plugging along with my knitted bag and branched out to change the pattern a bit--instead of crocheting an edge around the top opening of the bag, I am knitting a seperate edging to be sewn on it instead. I am so thrilled with myself as I figured it all out myself! I am really enjoying knitting while watching tv like I used to be able to cross-stich in front of it. Can't cross-stitch much in the evening as the old eyes just are what they used to be!

Thanks for reading all of them, Kim. I enjoyed this Weekly Geeks topic, too. It was fun to travel around and read all the different quotes. Oh dear...the picture on my sidebar is of a Grandboy project from quite awhile ago -- I left it there just to represent my knitting, but I need to change it so people don't think it takes me two years to finish a baby sweater (even if it does!). And by the way, I completely relate to "the eyes aren't what they used to be..."!
Boy, is this a good quote for mothers! Okay, I mean: me!
Oh yes, Bellezza, it's a great quote for all of us moms!
